If you are looking for a physical therapist who creates true individualized treatment plans, I’d like to recommend Jeffrey Fairman of Without Limits Running. Jeff is very knowledgeable and he does an excellent job of providing a program that fits your needs, whether it is to rehab after surgery or an injury or to build strength where you might have weakness. He does a great job explaining the treatment and really listens to one’s concerns and updates, adjusting the exercises and treatments as needed.
